Chapter 7 bankruptcy candidate?
admin | Sep 30, 2010 | Comments 3
I am 23 years ancient with 22,000 in unsecured debt. I know hard to believe how much I messed up my life. Without going into a long tale about how or why, it was mostly gambling. I make 32,000 a year. I guess that makes me a pretty viable candidate for The boards 7 even based on the new laws. Basically I just need to initiation over, I got aid with my gambling problem, but how can I pay that off making what I do. It’s an unrealistic expectation. Does anyone have any advice, any personal experiences, whatever regarding The boards 7 bankruptcy under the new laws. I live in Pennsylvania.

that is not terrible, really, i would see a debt consolidator, fit all of that debt into a monthly payment, and work it out that way.. bankruptcy fucks up your credit, and its on your minutes for 10 years….
Speak to a financial/debt consultant to find out your options besides bankruptcy.

There are effective alternatives available besides filing for Ch 7, which you still have to pay back, pay attorney fees, lose financial control, show bk on your credit report 7 years, etc.
you should contact a bk lawyer and follow his advise!!!
