How do I go about fixing my credit and paying off all my debts if I have not keep track of them?

I am currently trying to make my life back on track and recover from a disastrous past when it comes to financial matters ( and some personal problems). I am not sure where to even start to try and pay off all my debt since did not keep track of anything.
Any advise would be helpful. I am trying to avoid filing for bankruptcy or going with one of those credit repair places.

I have found on the net that there are a lot of things about fixing your credit you can buy some excellent some not. I bought these programs that have worked wonderfully. If you follow their simple instructions you will improve you credit and credit score. They even have the forms or letters you should use to send to the credit bureaus. I even bought some for my daughter who filed bankruptcy and she has improved her credit also. I try to caution everyone about these programs because they are so excellent. I feel I have gotten my moneys worth buying them.
You may not have a choice but to seek aid from a credit repair agency or debt consolidation. Unless you have the time, patience, and now the funds to pay off your outstanding debt, you will need aid. Not all credit repair companies are crooks. Try http://www.newmillcredit.com
Initiation with the 3 main credit bureaus. They should list everything that is currently programmed on your report, and its FREE! I would then sit down with a your local bank and have them go over everything with you.
In the mean time, don’t make any major buys and spend only on those things you have to.
Be prepared to down size and allow yourself to rebuild if necessary.
Excellent Luck!
You need a copy of your credit report. Then I would contact your local non profit consumer credit counselling service. They will aid you design a budget and contact your creditors on yoru behalf.
Try getting a copy of your credit report from all three bureaus. Go through them with a fine tooth comb. Then either use a credit counselor or you can contact all the creditors yourself and try to pay off what you can. Sometimes you can make a large one time payment in lieu of the full amount owed.
Once you have that all make sure if you doa one time payoff that you question them to take it off your credit report. Make everything in writting even if!!!!!!
