debt to suppliers of materials. i also have an income of about 50000 per year. can i file a exact bankruptcy or will i have to file a reorganization type bankruptcy. my monthly personal expenses are around 4000.00 per month including food insurance rent and utilities

you have enough money to go bankrupt, file for bankrupsy as soon as you want , you have nothing to lose.
You would probably have to file a The boards 13 and pay at smallest amount section of your debts, most likely the taxes but not the penalties.
