I need to borrow $40,000 I have no colatteral like real estate and have no assets. I on loan money from friends and family tree and had to declare bankrupcy where can i borrow money for about 5 years to apy back everyone I owe. I currently have a job and would be able to pay about $300 a month in loan repayment.

Make real maaan, you want a loan of $40,000. when you make a loan you have to pay interest, its no excellent going into more debt to pay of debt it is a never ending administer.
Talk to your friends and question them if they would be willing to take installments on what you owe them, that way you still pay back what you owe without paying the interest.
