Budget Matters, Episode 1: General Budget Outlook

Budget Matters is a periodic, web record series in which David Werner, interim president of IUP, addresses topics relating to the budget and budget plotting. Find out more at www.iup.edu In this initially episode, released October 28, 2010, Werner addresses topics including the general outlook for the budget for the coming year, how IUP is working to meet budget challenges, how decisions involving the elimination of programs would be made, and the possibility of economizing or furloughs.
