Compensation Resources , Inc. releases its 2009/2010 Annual Salary Budget Plotting Survey

, NJ â?? October 19, 2009 – Compensation Resources , Inc. . (CRI ) has published the results of his annual salary 2009/2010 budget plotting Survey. The purpose of this study was to obtain compensation data used for trends and for plotting for businesses of all sizes, locations, and industries. The data were compiled from survey questions that were developed by CRI and distributed to companies in more than 20 industries, in addition to Not-for-Profit organizations. The survey sample compensation data from a variety of organizations, collected in Dignified and September 2009 a total of 302 participants.
ÂBusinesses continued to be cautious
in 2009 compared to their pay budgets, and caution will remain in 2010. Recognizing that many companies have provided 0% for merit increases in 2009 and look forward to 2010, IRC reported results in two distinct dimensions:

Zero Included: represents all participant responses, including those who reported 0% salary boost budgets for 2009 and excluded 2010.Zero: Represents responses from organizations that provided wage increases in 2009 and projected salary increases for 2010.
