Whoseapirate Question : We have not been trained for five years. What is the amount aa reasonable to expect training on an annual basis
-I work in IT, in quality assurance and on an annual basis, I submit a training plot for myself and several of my colleagues. My boss has always said that “there was not enough money in the budget” – thats hard to imagine, since we are talking JPMChase! So what is the recommended amount of training that is the standard of industry? I read what I can, but can not afford shelling 1000-3000 dollars a year for classes? Preeminent answer:

Maybe you should question what is the amount in the training budget. From there, and then the price of the course you can see to the management that will boost your knowledge, productivity and potential to subsidy society. You may need to use the WIIFM (what’s in it for me) to pitch to your boss why it will be excellent for him, aussi.Certaines companies have reimbursement policies that require prior approval of the course and payment upon satisfactory completion. You could lobby for such a program in which you travaillez.Endroits where I was – different industry – even the classes necessary to maintain competence in the field we worked

I do not know but what I know is that you’ll be in a very terrible if you are not trained in the latest technologies. My wife was a recruiter of IT and has always been telling me about people who worked in the IT field or another that was obsolete and could not place them in a job for half of money. Be frightened, very frightened.
