Why would Mass vote 4 a Democrat for senator who promises more of the same failed state run healthcare plan?

Question by demhater: Why would Mass vote 4 a Democrat for senator who promises more of the same failed state run healthcare plot?
A fleeting list of the failures of the government controlled and run healthcare plot already in house in Mass:
————————————————–
1st:
Although the state has cut-rate the number of residents without shape insurance, 200,000 people remain uninsured. Moreover, the boost in the number of insured is primarily due to the state’s generous subsidies, not the celebrated individual mandate.
2nd:
Shape care costs continue to rise much quicker than the inhabitant average. Since 2006, total state shape care spending has augmented by 28 percent. Insurance premiums have augmented by 8–10 percent per year, nearly double the inhabitant average.
3rd
New regulations and bureaucracy are limiting consumer choice and adding to shape care costs.
4th
Program costs have skyrocketed. Despite tariff increases, the program faces huge deficits. The state is considering caps on insurance premiums, cuts in reimbursements to providers, and even the possibility of a “global budget” on shape care spending—with its attendant rationing.
5th
A shortage of providers, combined with augmented demand, is increasing waiting times to see a physician.

I suppose it depends how many UNION jobs there are in Mass- Since UNION workers make a FREE PASS on helping out the poor people to make healthcare with the Obamabill. Its the reg. working people- non-unions who have to pay it all now.
If were I union worker- I would be mad I got special treatment over my neighbor who could make even LESS than me- they have to pay- but a Union person- they helped Obama win! OMG- its so sickening.!

I reckon they have seen the light now …

  3. bluechristy says:

Why don’t you ( Conservative / Republicans ) just come clean and say you do not care about the millions of families who can not afford Shape Ins . and medical care ?

  4. Keith M says:

If you neocons cant win in Mass against the worst candidate in Dem Description you may as well hang up the gloves, its over for the conrepubs.

Seriously, it would be like you putting Sarah Palin and McCain against President Obama. No shot in Hell to win.

Beats me, but then again I can’t know why the “corruptocrats” do everything they can to cheat trustworthy hard working Americans, either…

  6. russ_in_mo says:

That’s very right. One day, Americans might vote in people that know how to run a public shape care system and place the excellent of the people ahead of blind rabid politics. After all, the rest of the modern world manages to have public shape care systems that work – why can’t Americans?

last I knew, Brown was up in the polls. Gonna be sweet to gain filibuster potential again. Gonna be even better in November, an the BEST in 2012 when we lose the exhausted consequence that is the current commie administration.

  8. RU Quazee says:

Yep, and 0bamacare would lay another pile of costs on top of all that crap, like the cherry on top.

    Go Brown!

Initially off all the Cato institute is known to be heavilly biased to the aptly. Like anyone else that tries to argue a point, they cherry pick information and ignore anything that might contradict their already chose position. The reason someone might vote for this Dem is because if the aptly winger is voted, his Council vote could undo any hope of any shape care reforms that are about to happen. In current form the “reforms” are lacking, but at smallest amount it’s a initiation. I don’t make why the compromises that have been made in this bill have all been made to appease aptly wing Dems and some moderate repubs, so far the compromises made are the ones that make the bill suck! If the progressive Dems got the bill they sought after, it wouldn’t suck so terrible.

It really is a nationwide scheme which has worked abroad [2].

I am always amazed how many Americans seem not to be aware about the real healthcare issues relying instead on FOX and other sources to apply lies about the healthcare system of the USA and those abroad. I mean, if healthcare in nations with universal coverage is so terrible, why do they keep it?
Obama wants to make insurance more available to all and change the system so that it gives the American people value for money [1]. He also wants change so that the insurance companies find it harder to make out of paying for treatment. The system he is proposing looks akin to that which works in Taiwan where confidential companies are involved in providing healthcare [2].
Obama campaigned on reforming the healthcare system. He said he sought after to make insurance more available and he was voted by the American people to do this [3].
FACT – the US has higher death tariff for kids both for kids aged under one and those under five than western European countries with universal shape coverage [4].
FACT – American insurance companies push up prices and work to stop paying out claims on those they cover [5].
FACT – the USA spends more on healthcare PER PERSON than any other nation on the planet [6].
That means that a exhausted American four year ancient would have had a better chance of life if they were born in any western nation with universal shape coverage.
If you do not like the policies that Obama was voted to bring in, he can always be voted out of office in 2012. But if you disagree with the facts, please let me know. I am always willing to learn, but please provide proof. None of those who disagree with me have been able to do that so far.
